Write the Narrative

(The assignment) The narrative ALWAYS introduce each section. I generally refer to this as the “narrative” requirement. Ideally, the narrative of each section must address the following:
1. a “big-picture” explanation of the purpose of the information presented in the section
2. a description of the tool or technique used in the section (Only example: a stakeholder registry is a project management tool that documents the basic information of stakeholders and is the basis for stakeholder analysis which is a technique used to determine stakeholder management strategies based on their power and interest levels)
3. a summary of the main takeaways from the tool and/or technique demonstrated in the section (only example: based on the stakeholder analysis summarized below, stakeholder XYZ is the most critical because she has a high level of power over the project but low interest in its success. The project management team must identify strategies to increase this stakeholder’s interest in order to ensure her buy-in and support.) The narrative does not have to be very long it can be a couple of sentences.

Hello, below you can see that I have attached my report, all you have to do is the narrative part at the beginning of each section, there are 4 sections (The Project Scope Statement, Scope Definition using a Work Breakdown Structure, The WBS Dictionary, Communication Plan), so 4 narratives (1 narrative for each), you do not have fill anything in the report other than the narrative part. The report is also there so you can understand the context of the project. Please reach out if there is any confusion.
