Employ evidence-based research to provide quality care to clients across the lifespan in the community setting.
Learners will provide a cross post suggesting site assessment that will provide more insight to the peer’s target population and/or community.

Collaborate with members of the multidisciplinary team including consumers to promote the health of individuals, families, population groups, and communities.
Learners will interview individuals from the community to determine health risks and risks across the lifespan.
