Case Study
The purpose of Chen’s (2019) case study was to explore how students’ leadership skills would be developed through teamwork activities in classes. Although the topic of leadership is vast, anyone could develop another definition of leader.
1. Based on the various definitions by Chen, how would you define a leader? in addition, what are your leadership skills?
2. How do you define teamwork in the workplace and why do you feel it is important?
3. In the conclusion, Chen mentions that skills you can learn in the classroom are transferable. What skills that you are learning in the doctoral program, will assist you from the classroom to the real world?

Agrawal and Krishna (2021) explored how the psychological well-being of students during the Covid-19 pandemic.
1. One concept discussed in this article was communication apprehension. Considering the factors during the pandemic, students experienced emotions and stress that impacted their well-being and learning. Do you believe that the use of social media moderates the interrelationship between communication apprehension and perceived learning? Explain your thoughts.

Businesses sell goods and services to satisfy our needs and desires for profit. So, without them, we would have to produce everything ourselves, including our food and clothes.
Then, businesses also have to compete with each other. To keep the money flowing, they must deliver higher satisfaction than competitors do. Competition forces them to be more efficient and innovative, leading to lower prices and better quality.
