I am using a discussion board so members of the class can view and comment on one another’s work. Commenting is not required

In terms of content, some revisions are needed.
My apologies if the assignment was not clear, but the goal was not to write about self-awareness in general, which is what we have here, but about self-awareness as discussed in last week’s content.
Specifically, you want to cover one or more of the following outcomes, which you will probably recall as activities from the module: identify and describe emotions, discuss the fight or flight response, describe strategies for combatting the fight or flight response.
In terms of design, please keep the font and spacing consistent throughout. Looks like it changes in the last section.
