Area: Religion
Question:People and religion in everyday life: how lifestyle and culture is influenced by religio
1.A short description of your project, with a statement of the methodologies or
approaches you will be using (sociological, philosophical, historical, etc.), as well as the
parameters of the study (the time frame, location, tradition, thematic interest, etc.).
This description should also include some indications of research that you find
promising for the project.
2. A formal question that you foresee your project exploring and, eventually, answering.
Remember, a good research paper will always have a two-part question that in turn
will lead to a well-developed, two-part thesis: (1) This is what my paper is asking, and
(2) this is why it is interesting. If you have some ideas, attempt this two-part question
here and we can workshop in consultation.
3. A very tentative outline for the project that includes an introduction section, a
conclusion, at least two subsections, and if possible locates the research you’ve found
somewhere within the subsections you indicate.
