Over the semester, your group has drafted and received faculty feedback on key project initiation deliverables, including:

For this assignment, your team will work to review, revise and finalize these deliverables so that they may be handed off to the project sponsor. For each past assignment, what advice did your faculty member provide? How can you revise each deliverable to consider the feedback and work to ensure your work is executive ready? In particular, be sure that the deliverables of this initiation package integrate both within the document and between them – that they focus on the same project in the same way.
Teacher’s feedback: Nice work but you missed the followng – As a team, for your project, complete the stakeholder register (see attached template in assignment). Work to identify at least 15 stakeholders/stakeholder groups for the project.. After you have identified the stakeholders, in one or two paragraphs summarize practices used to identify stakeholders and insights in how these worked (e.g., brainstorming exercises, interviews, past project information, etc.). What challenges that this analysis help to address? At this point, what new challenges do you see for this project? Consider the outstanding questions you have to address to compete this analysis? Submit these with your assignment.
In addition to submitting these revised deliverables, create a reflection document that overviews the revisions made to each and how it adds value to the deliverable. Additionally, as you look at the entire package – what actions were taken to ensure that all 5 deliverables are integrated and contribute to the “same story”? How did you take advantage of faculty feedback in each? Be sure to reach out to your faculty if you have questions on any feedback.
Key to this assignment is the integration between deliverables of your project initiation package and that faculty feedback has been integrated.
