Physical wellness is the behavior I would like to change. I select physical change because I want to learn ways in being healthy to lose weight by exercising and having better eating habits. The stools I used was my apple watch to monitor my steps and calories I loose daily, drink more water, stay active as in walking my dogs more and exercising at home with the weighted hula hoop and workout video (Fitness with Phil).
I was already in the financial and environmental wellness stage. I am in the process of taking a class for finances and learning ways clean natural resources for the earth like going to farmer markets.
2- successes I have – 1st I am drinking more water and stick to 1 to 2 cups of soda or no soda and drinking plenty of water and cranberry juice. 2nd I am being more active walking my dogs and working out with videos.
2 struggles – 1st eating in the right proportions and 2nd being lazy and not having the motivation to exercise. The reason I see my self losing weight and I stop.
By looking in the pass, I could have done a lot of things differently. I could be more active in staying at the gym and continuing my membership, I could of prepared my food more in proportions sizes, and etc.
I did find it helpful, but I didn’t need to document really. I mean I have my personally journal.
