Your paper should be crafted in the following:
Introduce your biggest influencer. Give us a background (upbringing, their influencers etc.) and how they developed into what they are today. Note: This could include a relative, co-worker, writer, youtube “star” etc.
Using the Big 5 (in ch. 2) personality traits, tell us what leadership traits (max 3 traits) they reflect. Give examples of how they model these traits.
Tell us why, and when you decided to follow them. In addition, give us present examples of how you have benefitted from their leadership influence and what you are doing today to be a similar influence to others.
