Reflect on when you have been coached, mentored or supervised yourself and bring to mind a session/moment where you felt particularly challenged or uncomfortable. Try to recall some of the things you said or did in that session.

what do you notice about your own behaviour and
to what extent do you recognize aspects of the behaviours described above in your own approach as a coachee/mentee/supervisee
by answering at least one of the questions above.
