This week, we will look at the last piece of the biopsychosocial model of understanding health. Last week, you wrote a reflection focusing on a psychological theory outlined in the article “Health Behavior: Psychosocial Theories.” This week, we will focus on the “social” aspect. Please provide a 300 word reflection about how you think social forces affect the behavior you have decided you would like to change. Your reflection should can include any social aspects you want to focus on, including, but not limited to family, friends, organizations/clubs (e.g., church groups, fraternities or sororities, campus groups), and work relationships.
