Discussion on how media affects nature

Part 1 (1.5-2 paragraphs)
We cannot NOT escape the presence and impact of communication technologies in discussions about our relationship with the environment. For decades, communication technologies, such as television, have described audience interactions with nature and how such relationships affect our attitudes and behavior toward nature. For this discussion topic, describe the types of environmental issues that are frequently discussed/depicted in the media, particularly in the evening news and/or popular media/culture. How much of the media images about the environment teach us about ecological disasters? How much of the mediated messages affect your attitudes and behavior toward nature? How?
Part 2 Response to discussion post
Also, I’ll like to remind you that my definition of a meaningful online responseis one that offers insight, explores the subject matter, and offers a new reasoning, critic, orperspective of the subject of discussion. Therefore, terse responses such as “I agree”, “I agree with…”or “That’s a great point” would not count as meaningful discussion or response.
Respond the following:

The types of environmental issues that are discussed often in the media/news are climate change, biodiversity, toxic chemicals, and health defects all related in the area of science and public policy. Reviewing with the information about politics I noticed that U.S. presidential debate it is asked about climate change and the economic interests. As mentioned on my discussion reply (discussion #4) I don’t know very much about politics, but the attitude of its behavior is a criteria norm. On the other hand, with the different types of media coverage on television, documentaries or newspaper the information it covers the most environmental issues I’ve seen discussed is about the water drought, fires in California, and of course the gas prices! The messages that it is mediated towards nature affects our behavior and attitudes because the way it is influence in the media/images and the narrative framing. All media coverage will set different attitudes whereas us audience take the nature and behave towards it of how the broadcasts portrayed it.
