DBA 6525: Ethics Proposal Presentation Requirements:
Presentations must be 8-12 minutes in length.·
The presentation must include all sections from the written proposal, with the addition of the introduction and conclusion.
The longest section of the presentation is the solution, and the graphic from the paper must be shown in the presentation.
Note cards or PPT slides can be utilized. However, the speaker must be seen in their entirety, and if showing slides on one computer, must face the camera the entirety of the speech.
Make the graph/chart from the solution section of your speech clearly visible to your audience.
At least five citations within your speech must match at least five citations within your written proposal.
No reference page is required for the speech portion of this final assignment, as the proposal document includes the required source page.
Section Requirements:

Introduction
This section should include an opening that captures the attention of the executive leadership you are addressing. This will lead into the purpose of the presentation and the introduction of the overview of your speech.
Overview
This section should include the historical background of the case study. Time may not allow for a comparative analysis. However, citations should be mentioned in this section of the presentation.
State of the Current Situation
This section should include the aspects of your proposal which demonstrate a need for an ethical shift. Discuss what may not be working well since the misconduct or act of unethical behavior. If there was no solution to the case study, a gap in the ethical culture or loss of trust will disclose that something is needed for change.
Solution:
This will be the longest part of your speech. You should plan to include a graphic/chart within this part of the speech (citing any outside citations for that graph.) Disclose your full plan of action and summarize the details from your paper.
Benefit for the company’s future
Mention a summary of the benefits this solution will provide the corporation.
Conclusion
Close with a reminder of how the proposal will benefit the company. End with a profound statement.
