I need a 1 page credit decision appeal letter explaining why the account is in collection and what I’ve been doing to resolve it. There are 3 accounts in collect. Beside each loan I have a description of what’s happened. Please submit a sob start to have the credit decision reversed. 1). Net credit – 30 days past due $3500 (didn’t understand how the loan would work. Paid the original loan but other fees were attached.
2). Vance and Hoff – past due (old loan that has been charged off. Was going to settle the loan after I received my school refund.
3). Procollect – $0 balance nothing owed.
