Most of us have our horror stories about teamwork. One of the big challenges in working on a team is coping with difficult people.
In Team Dynamics by Debra J. Housel, she identifies six types of difficult people. They are as follows:
1. Controlling Aggressors: These are individuals who are openly hostile and often verbally abusive.2. Volcanoes: These individuals are unpredictably emotionally explosive.3. Passive Aggressors: These people avoid confrontation but seek to undermine the group effort in more subtle ways.4. Constant Complainers: These individuals are never happy. They constantly whine.5. Lazy Bums: These people promise but do not deliver.6. Oppositional Defiants: These are the people who contradict whatever anyone else says.
Think about the following questions
1. Which of these types of difficult people have you encountered in your group experiences?2. What was the effect of this person on you and your teammates?3. How did the group (or you) cope with each type of difficult person you listed?

And by the way Professor told us if we want to get extra 10 points. She gave us one PersonalityWork in the class. And I made it. If we can talk about our personalty on this home work we will get extra 10 points. I mean if we can talk about our personalty and how we are working with team good habits and bad habits.
