So, for your discussion post, I want you to do two things. First, I’d like for you to write a good paragraph attempting to articulate what the arguments of these readings were. In some ways, they all make a very similar argument. As you write about the articles, please be sure to be text-specific, cite specific quotes and passages, and otherwise evidence to both myself and others that you have read these articles carefully.
Then, after you’ve made some attempt to articulate the argument in this readings, I’d like for you to write a paragraph-long response. Do you agree with what the articles are arguing? Why or why not? Do you find the arguments effective? In what ways can you connect what they’ve written to your own lives, experiences, and beliefs about food? What have these articles made you think that you haven’t thought before?
