I thought long and hard about whom I feel inspires me, I always surround myself with successful people who want the best for themselves and want to see me strive and be as successful as them. The person I thought of is my office manager, although she drives me crazy daily. I can see myself in her shoes after I get my degree and start to be successful in life. I currently work for a doctor’s office and after I graduate with my degree in supervision and health management, running a practice is # 3 on my list of jobs I would like to do with my degree. The reason why I see myself in her shoes is that I love seeing women taking on many tasks and dominating and doing well. She is also a wife and mother of two beautiful girls although I have only known Anne for 10 months, I admire her relationship with her kids. What made me connect with the most is seeing how she care for her father and takes care of everything for him. That is the same exact way I am for both of my parents. She is not just a office manager is often times give me great advice and always looking out for me any way she can. I know for a fact she will help me learn as much as I can, because she always try and train me when she gives me a new task. When im having a hard week at work or at school and I go into her office to vent, she lets me know if im work or how I could have apporched the situation different and she always end it with “ girl you’re an adult now” which always makes sense because now I have to figure it out im on my own. Often times when school is getting hard I just go into her office and vent, I thank her so much for being so understanding. Ann listening to my problems is not in her job description. Trust me I have days where I just want to runaway because she drives me insane, but I appreciate having a manager like her shes always their to help. The way and motivates me is by not limiting what I am capable of she allows me to take on tasks or she gives me more than what I’m expected to do and she know that I can do it and she’s there to accommodate and help me in any way that she can and that’s why I appreciate the person that she is. I love seeing her come out of her car in the morning with her two handbags and her head keys in her ears and she’s just walking and like she’s striving she’s such a small person but the way that she walks you would think that she’s a giant she is an amazing soul I appreciate her in everything that she does and after I finish writing this paper I’m definitely going to give it to her to read because I don’t think she knows how much I appreciate her and how much I look up to her and how much she motivates me to be like her when I am in a position to do so and I feel like she’ll open so many doors for me and I know that even if I may not work at the location anymore she will definitely give me references I can definitely call her for advice she will always be there to help me in any way that she can possible ’cause I see that she goes above and beyond for me and the other Staffs as well. And is her father’s biggest supporter and that’s exactly what I do for my family and I I’m the one who set appointments I’m the one who pays the bills I’m the one who they go to when they need somebody to stand up for them in any way that they can and medical and finance in any situation so with that being said I see that she take on that role and that’s exactly what I do and that’s why I look up to her because she has the job that I will possibly land in the future um she has a beautiful family and it’s just the life that I see that I want for myself she has that with no problem and she is thriving and she’s doing amazing job and honestly i mean it took me long and hard for me to figure out who i wanted to do my paper on and i’m glad that i chose her ’cause i have so much that i can go on and say about this person because she is truly a from.
