For the first part of this assignment, come up with one-pager summary i.e. A big picture overview of the following company- Intellia Therapeutics NASDAQ; NTLA.
Make sure the summary covers all that there’s to know about the company- Write (around 500 words) your understanding of the organization. Include things like the company name, link to web page, technology, founders, start-up date, major funding, your understanding at this point, the need being met, the stakeholders, what is distinctive about the company, what is the purpose, and any other important company characteristics.
For the next, come up with a page SWOT analysis and porter’s 5 forces on the targeted company.
Provide a diagram with 2 -4 items per quadrant covering the areas you will be leading in the coming weeks.

The purpose is to get a general feel for your organization, looking for strengths and opportunities to explore more deeply as we cover the area in the weeks to come. Also look for red flags – weaknesses and threats to further explore.
